By accessing or using the 365judi platform, whether through the website, mobile app or any other medium provided, you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
The 365judi platform is operated by a company licensed and regulated under applicable international laws. All users who register and use our services are automatically subject to the rules and policies set by the platform operator.

As part of our commitment to security and legal compliance, 365judi conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identification documents such as ID card, passport, utility bill or proof of address. Withdrawal of funds may be delayed until the KYC process is complete.
The 365judi platform accepts various payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposits depend on the payment method selected. All deposits are processed instantly and will be credited to your account within minutes.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours from the time of request, subject to completion of the KYC process. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account VIP level.
365judi does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may charge their own fees which are beyond our control.

Example: If you receive a MYR 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling MYR 3,000 before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.
The 365judi platform reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if we detect any abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, collusion or low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
365judi is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you control your gaming habits, including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and play pause options. Users are encouraged to use these tools if they feel their gaming is becoming problematic.
You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and you are solely responsible for your decision to play. 365judi is not responsible for any financial, emotional or other losses that may arise from the use of our services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or other technical reasons. We will strive to give advance notice where possible, but emergency suspensions may occur without warning.
365judi reserves the right to conduct investigations into any account suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or violation of terms. During an investigation, accounts may be suspended and withdrawals may be delayed until the investigation is complete.
365judi reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity or abused our services. The platform's decision is final.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any balance in your account will be returned after settlement of all pending bets and after identity verification.
When an account is closed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and you will no longer be eligible for any promotions. If an account is closed due to violation of terms, 365judi reserves the right to forfeit any winnings and account balance.
365judi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of money, loss of data or business interruption.
Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. 365judi does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that the service will be available without interruption.
Any disputes arising from the use of the 365judi platform will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform is licensed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 365judi is licensed to operate. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
